Qualifications for the Customer Care Agent:

  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in Home Services, is preferred.

  • Proven ability to exceed expectations and take initiative in tasks.
  • Dependability and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
