Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Center Representative to join our team. As a Community Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our community's seniors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our community's seniors, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Benefits and Healthcare Support: Offer in-language support to members regarding benefits and healthcare access, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Medicare Advisory Services: Act as a knowledgeable Medicare Advisor, providing in-language assistance to members and helping them navigate the complexities of Medicare.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and plan health events at the community centers, working closely with our sales teams to develop engaging programs that meet the needs of our community.
  • Inventory Management and Logistics: Manage inventory, handle logistics, and ensure promotional items are stocked, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Traffic Flow and Service Utilization: Monitor traffic flow and service utilization, performing routine equipment inspections to ensure our community centers are running smoothly.
  • Building Repairs and Space Management: Collaborate on building repairs and space management for meetings and programs, ensuring our community centers are safe and functional.
  • Program Development: Identify and develop exciting programs by engaging with the community and sales teams, creating opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Marketing Experience: One year of marketing experience preferred, with a focus on developing engaging programs and promotions.
  • Healthcare or Non-Profit Experience: Experience in healthcare, non-profit organizations, or senior community is a plus, demonstrating a passion for serving this population.
  • Event Planning or Coordination Experience: Event planning or coordination experience, with a focus on developing engaging programs and events.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese, required, with the ability to communicate effectively with our community's seniors.
  • Life Agent and Notary Public License: Life agent and notary public license (preferred, training provided to the right candidate).

Pay Details

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
