  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding accounts and provide related support
  • Answer general customer questions and concerns regarding account status, billings, payments, and other account questions
  • Prepare forms, documents, and other statements required for account openings and closings
  • Calculate adjustments, changes, and bills for customer accounts based on operational procedures
  • Perform data entry in the updating and maintaining of customer accounts and statements
  • Follow up on delinquent and outstanding accounts and prepare documentation and basic reports
  • Perform basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail and entering data
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of office principles, mathematical principles, and customer service principles
  • Ability to perform basic office duties, basic mathematical calculations, and provide basic customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
