Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing management, business administration, or a relevant field of study.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive management/leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years of experience leading teams through lean manufacturing processes and practical applications.
  • Environmental Health & Safety: Proven track record of implementing effective and sound environmental health and safety programs and practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop a team of problem solvers.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects and work under tight timelines, meeting deadlines and multitasking effectively.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to manage, collaborate with, and inspire a wide range of people.
  • Analytical Skills: Expert analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
