Job Description

Northern Light Radiology Associates, Inc. is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations to oversee the administrative operations of Healthcare Clients organizations in the West Virginia Region.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital-based operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all day-to-day operations are running smoothly between all Northern Light Radiology Associate locations.
  • Oversee and manage all NLRA Physicians and ensure they have the support and tools needed to be successful.
  • Work with Hospital Directors for policy identification, implementation, and training to the new policy.
  • Support providers with onboarding, training, and set up with access to regular organization-wide peer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Hospital Directors around operational processes to ensure best practice guidelines are met throughout the network.
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new staff.
  • Directs and oversees implementation of strategic plans, budgets, and the overall operations to enhance growth, achievement of high customer service ratings, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing (RN) Degree or a related field, master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in radiology operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of health care administration, fiscal management and government regulations and reimbursements.
  • Proven experience in project management and budget oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to interact and communicate at all levels of the organization and externally with the public.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Healthcare Client facilities no less than three days per work week and may telecommute two days per week.

This is a Full Time Hybrid position that requires travel to our Healthcare Client's facilities. Salary will be DOE.
