Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our team at Hollywood Casino Morgantown. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through our loyalty program and associated channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and revenue goals as it relates to the mychoice loyalty program and all associated channels.
  • Create strategic plans and calendars for VIP promotions and host goals, managing oversight of media used to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts.
  • Partner with the acquisition and corporate marketing teams to identify events and promotions to cross-promote property, Barstool, and iGaming VIP guests.
  • Responsible for directing the overall operations and staff of the omnichannel loyalty and marketing department.
  • Develop and execute the omnichannel loyalty marketing strategic plans to optimize acquisition, retention, revenue growth, penetration rates, and market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of progressively more challenging leadership roles in marketing or operations, with experience in multiple communication channels.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with technical proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong client interface and presentation skills, with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
