POSITION SUMMARY:
Katie Coppersmith - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively transform leads into enduring client relationships. As a Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics enables you to engage directly with clients, discern their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. You may also play a role in formulating strategies and setting targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success every day.
- Partner with your agency's team to foster enduring customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to effectively connect with customers.
- Property & Casualty license is required.
- Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
- Paid time off (including vacation and personal/sick days).
