Job Overview

Salary:

Bayland Buildings, Inc., a prominent player in the agricultural steel structure manufacturing sector, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to expand our market presence across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate a new customer network
  • Engage in training sessions, industry exhibitions, and sales conferences as necessary
  • Exhibit professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel out of state 1-4 days weekly.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction or steel production sector
  • A background in agriculture is preferred
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to successfully complete a drug screening

  • Proficient in negotiation and closing sales
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
