Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Specialist:
- Managing the opening and administration of various accounts, responding to customer inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting banking products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Facilitating safe deposit box transactions, ensuring precise cash handling, and complying with banking regulations and security protocols.
- Engaging in proactive sales of banking products to both existing and prospective clients through active community participation.
- Overseeing vault operations, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with general office equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
