Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a flexible, empathetic, and energetic individual to fill the role of Inside Medical Sales (Enrollment Specialist) within our pediatric allergy clinic. This position is primarily focused on guiding parents through the enrollment process to become clients. You will act as a knowledgeable resource for prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and following up with families who have previously enrolled.

- Serve as the primary expert on the Food Allergy Institute's Tolerance Induction Program and the enrollment procedures.
- Handle incoming inquiries and initiate outbound communications to parents, explaining the benefits and effectiveness of our program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and confidence.
- Document all interactions with potential clients to ensure timely follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist with data collection and resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A genuine passion for supporting patients and their families in achieving their dietary freedom goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
