Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive individual to fill the role of Inside Medical Sales (Enrollment Specialist). The primary responsibility is to guide parents through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to becoming clients. You will act as a knowledgeable resource for prospective clients, addressing inquiries and following up with families who have previously engaged with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a positive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, bringing innovative ideas to the forefront while managing complex situations with deadlines.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Tolerance Induction Program and the enrollment process.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and initiate outbound communications with parents, explaining the program's effectiveness and potential benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and rapport.
  • Document interactions accurately to ensure timely follow-up and communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with data collection and problem-solving as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for serving patients and their families in achieving their dietary freedom goals.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
