We are looking for a flexible, empathetic, and energetic individual to take on the role of Inside Medical Sales (Enrollment Specialist) within our pediatric allergy clinic. This position primarily involves guiding parents through the enrollment process to become clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues, while bringing innovative ideas to enhance our processes.
  • Serve as the primary expert on the Food Allergy Institute's Tolerance Induction Program and the enrollment procedure.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and initiate outbound communications with parents, explaining the benefits and effectiveness of our program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and confidence.
  • Document all interactions with potential clients to ensure timely follow-up and communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist in data collection and problem resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A genuine desire to support patients and their families in achieving their dietary freedom goals.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
