The WelbeHealth PACE initiative is dedicated to assisting seniors in remaining in their homes and communities by delivering comprehensive healthcare and community-based services. The Senior Care Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in evaluating PACE eligibility by building relationships with potential participants, their families, and caregivers.

As a reliable telephonic resource, the Senior Care Enrollment Specialist guides seniors who may qualify for the PACE program through the enrollment journey with WelbeHealth. This role involves collaboration with market leaders, clinical team members, and others to ensure seniors successfully complete the enrollment process, which may include aiding prospective participants with the Medi-Cal application.

  • Work hours from 10am to 6:30pm PST, with flexibility for weekend shifts
  • REQUIRED: Bilingual in ENGLISH/SPANISH
  • Remote work opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to care on every call; foster strong connections with potential participants, caregivers, and outreach associates who may require assistance with enrollment
  • Support inbound campaigns, address inquiries, and identify the underlying needs of potential participants, educating them about PACE services and benefits to further our mission of assisting more seniors in the communities we serve
  • Conduct outbound calls to interested prospective participants seeking more information about WelbeHealth PACE (not cold calls)
  • Efficiently manage leads that necessitate follow-up communications
  • Uphold the highest service standards on all calls, both inbound and outbound

Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree is preferred; alternatively, two (2) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • At least one (1) year of experience in tele sales, customer service sales, Medicare, or PACE sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is essential
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage or PACE is preferred
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal is advantageous
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

Salary range for this position is $26.89 - $32.27 hourly, plus Bonus and Equity. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a wide array of other benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
