Role Summary

As a Sales Support Associate at Ghost, you will embark on a rewarding journey within the retail and sales landscape. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collect market insights to enhance our platform's offerings.
  • Manage a dashboard of offers and deals, ensuring seamless logistics processes.
  • Oversee the invoicing process through HubSpot, ensuring accurate creation and tracking of invoices.
  • Input deal information into HubSpot, including buyer details, seller information, shipment dates, deal terms, pricing, cost of goods, take rate, and approval information.
  • Evaluate style codes and perform data assessments to determine their appropriateness for buyer presentations.
  • Gather product images for listings and organize offer sheets for buyers while maintaining buyer-specific records.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in the retail sector or with retail businesses is essential.
  • A proactive approach, believing that no task is too big or too small.
  • Understanding of wholesaler expectations regarding pricing and volume.
  • Creative thinker, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to drive progress independently.
  • Dedicated to operational excellence, known for swift execution while balancing long-term goals with immediate needs.
