Role Summary

As a Retail Sales Coordinator at Ghost, you will embark on a rewarding journey within the retail and sales domain. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collect market insights to enhance our platform's offerings.
  • Manage a dashboard of promotions and deals, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Oversee the invoicing process through HubSpot, ensuring accurate creation and tracking of invoices.
  • Input deal specifics into HubSpot, including buyer and seller details, shipment timelines, deal terms, pricing, costs, and approval statuses.
  • Conduct data evaluations on style codes to assess their readiness for buyer presentation.
  • Compile product images for listings and organize offer sheets for buyers while maintaining detailed buyer records.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience within the retail sector is essential.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Understanding of wholesaler expectations regarding pricing and volume.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
