Role Summary

As a Sales Support Associate at Ghost, you will engage in a rewarding experience within the retail and sales landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold robust, enduring customer relationships.

  • Oversee the invoicing process via HubSpot, ensuring accurate creation and tracking of all invoices.
  • Input deal specifics into HubSpot, including buyer and seller details, shipment timelines, deal terms, pricing, cost of goods, take rates, and approval data.
  • Evaluate style codes and perform data assessments to assess their readiness for buyer presentation.
  • Compile product images for listings and organize offer sheets for buyers while maintaining detailed records for each buyer.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience within the retail sector or with retail operations is essential.
  • A proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude, willing to tackle tasks of any size.
  • Understanding of wholesaler expectations regarding pricing and volume.
  • Creative thinker capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to drive progress independently.
