The Retail Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for Buxom Cosmetics across various online channels. This individual will work closely with the Director of Retail Sales, National Account Sales, Amazon, and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets and implement new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue for Buxom Cosmetics across online retailers, including Ulta, Macy's, Sephora, and Nordstrom.
  • Manage Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with online retailer partners to ensure effective communication, product placement, and sales growth.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
  • Marketing and Merchandising: Collaborate with the Director of Retail Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities, secure online merchandising placement, and drive sales growth.
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate product data, images, pricing, and launches across all online retailer sites.
  • Sampling and Promotions: Partner with the Director of Retail Sales and Channel Marketing team to execute sampling strategies, align with account leads, and secure sufficient quantities and distribution plans for retail programs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, promotional calendars, and retailer program performance to inform business decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency of branded features on retailer sites.
