Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on product functionalities, service options, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to escalate and resolve intricate customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in telecommunications technology to provide informed support to our clientele.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain thorough records and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the creation of support documentation, FAQs, and self-service resources.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by relaying feedback and insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a technical support role, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with standard telecommunications technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DSL, fiber optics) is beneficial.
  • A patient, empathetic approach with a focus on customer satisfaction to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in utilizing customer support software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
