Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at American Cybersystems. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Train and onboard new front desk staff members to ensure seamless integration into the team
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards
- Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Prior cash handling experience is necessary
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Six months of front desk experience
- Strong computer skills
