Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Airport, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
