Key Responsibilities
  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with patients by creating a welcoming atmosphere, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to each person's individual challenges.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
