Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance to senior-level leaders, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating operational logistics, and ensuring exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior-level leaders, including schedule management and general office tasks.
Maintain and manage front desk schedule to ensure consistency and serve as back-up when needed.
Process invoices and receive inventory.
Set up new vendors as needed with Corporate Purchasing.
Provide information on services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability.
Field customer questions, including ETA's and inquiries.
Proactively order office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed, based on usage and demand.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of office experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
Able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
