Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary contact for insurance requirements, audits, and banking agencies
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and follow-up collection calls
- Streamline sales processes and improve customer interactions
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts not related to payroll or accounts payable
- Record cash receipts and make deposits
- Distribute mail and manage office space, including cleaning contracts and office equipment
- Record completed work orders and perform product cost analysis
- High School Diploma required, college degree in Business or related field preferred
- At least 2-3 years of prior office management experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to support internal and external customers
