LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Coordinator to join one of their organizations in a dynamic role.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to organization supervisors, including managing invoices, tracking contractor performance, and monitoring aged work for the Gas and Restoration teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and process invoices daily, ensuring timely payment and accurate tracking.
  • Provide regular reports and KPIs to stakeholders, including paving cycle time, customer complaints, and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor backlog of orders, aged orders, and provide performance reports to drive contractor performance.
  • Assist supervisors with administrative tasks, including Operator Qualification compliance checks, tracking and reporting of savings initiatives, managing purchase order balances, and other related duties.
  • Manage the restoration aging invoice dashboard and service sheet creation to ensure timely invoice payments.
  • Monitor contractor safety, performance, productivity, and workload to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor data within work management systems and correct errors as needed.
  • Foster cooperative working relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of systems and technologies that support the paving process.
  • Support the Gas Construction and Restoration teams to maintain safety, compliance, and performance expectations.
