  • Oversee and manage substantial commercial office construction and significant renovation projects.

  • Understand and address client requirements to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including staff logistics and seating arrangements.

Specialized Skills:

  • Experience in implementing programs related to clean energy technology installation or technical assistance.
  • Familiarity with energy systems in multifamily buildings, including HVAC, lighting, and building envelope considerations.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency measures in deep retrofit projects is advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management software, particularly Asana or MS Project.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, architecture, urban planning, or a related field is required. Project Management certification (CAPM or PMP) is preferred.

Core Tasks:

  • Act as the primary project manager for office development initiatives, coordinating closely with Facilities Management and onsite staff.
  • Integrate high-level project plans with detailed strategies developed in collaboration with architects and engineers.
  • Facilitate regular cross-team meetings to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
  • Maintain an issue tracking log to prioritize and resolve project challenges promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant requirements and user specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets in consultation with relevant departments, making recommendations for scope adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders to keep them informed of project developments.
