Key Responsibilities
  • Badging Process:
    • Manage a large volume of badges, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain necessary documentation and complete background checks.
    • Utilize software to track and update badge status, ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Card Reports:
    • Process and code receipts from foremen, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
    • Follow up with foremen to ensure receipt submission and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Office Manager:
    • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various tasks as needed.
    • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and resources.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Smart Sheets and Excel.
