Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at Bill Dube Ford Toyota Scion. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parts department, ensuring efficient and profitable inventory management, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Administer and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Pricing Strategies: Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Staff Management: Develop an effective team through training and performance standards, ensuring that our staff is equipped to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures, and rules.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of automotive parts experience is required, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, skilled in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and DealerTrack.
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
