Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Administer and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.
- Pricing and Profitability: Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty, ensuring that pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions.
- Staff Management: Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of department staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures, and rules, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Two years of automotive parts experience is required, with a proven track record of success in inventory management, pricing, and staff management.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- Skills: Skilled in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and DealerTrack, with the ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Qualifications: Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence are necessary for select roles.
