You will oversee inventory management, collaborate with the production team, and ensure that orders are allocated in alignment with customer requirements and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Ensure precise processing and allocation of customer orders, prioritizing them according to specifications and urgency.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track and manage inventory levels to meet order demands while minimizing excess stock or shortages.
  • Collaboration with Production: Coordinate with the production team to align orders with production timelines and communicate any potential delays.
  • Customer Engagement: Keep customers informed about their order status, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on customer urgency, inventory status, and production schedules.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of orders, inventory, and communications within the order management system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the order allocation process and collaborate with the team to implement more efficient practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in order management or inventory control.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with order management software and tools.
