Key Responsibilities of the Spa Operations Supervisor
  • Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, with support from the Spa Manager or owner. Manage a team of 20-25 specialists, including scheduling and maximizing weekly availability.
  • Sales Management: Establish targets and motivate the team to achieve sales goals in retail, memberships, and gift cards.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly sales reports, bi-weekly payroll summaries, and end-of-month statistics. Adjust monthly objectives to align with annual business targets.
  • Leadership Development: Inspire and train the team to inform clients about treatments and products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Organize contests and provide incentives to meet annual objectives.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Adhere to state regulations and maintain compliance.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local educational institutions. Participate in job fairs and recruiting events, and develop internship programs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction in the industry.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory and supply management.
