This position is accountable for managing the overall operations of the department, which includes:

  • Collaborating with the purchasing team to provide product feedback
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies

  • Conducting record-keeping and generating reports
  • Facilitating special orders and promotional planning
  • Ensuring accurate product documentation and pricing
  • Fostering teamwork and motivation among department staff
