The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and directing the store's activities to ensure optimal sales performance and profitability through exceptional Customer Service, cost management, and more.

Key responsibilities include managing loss prevention, product presentation, inventory control, staffing, and store setup and dismantling.

Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a flexible schedule, and have some prior experience in retail management.

This position requires 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
