Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Train, manage, coach, and motivate personnel to achieve prompt attendance, superior performance, and good morale.
  • Deployment Planning: Plan and monitor the deployment of Operations Specialists to ensure efficiency using internal dashboards and route planners.
  • Fleet Operations: Oversee warehouse operations to ensure asset health and repair productivity among Maintenance Specialists.
  • Safety Culture: Maintain a strong safety culture within the Fleet Ops team, including COVID compliance, charging safety, PPE supply, incident reporting, and hazard mitigation.
  • Performance Tracking: Closely track key operational metrics and audit team performance using spreadsheets and internal tools.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules of all hourly team members and step up to perform the duties of a Shift Lead, Maintenance Lead, Operations Specialist, or Maintenance Specialist if needed.
  • Internal Coordination: Serve as the local point of contact for other internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience leading warehouse and driver personnel in operations, logistics, distribution, or related sectors.
  • Age and Driving Experience: 18+ years of age, with a minimum of 2 years driving experience, and a valid driver's license.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with spreadsheets and web tools, proficiency with math, and technical savvy to quickly learn new software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Language: Proficient in English (firmly required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a warehouse supervisor working in operations, logistics, distribution, tech, or related sectors.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Transportation/Logistics, Business, or any STEM field.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-orientation and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry scooters/e-bikes, related components/parts, and tools weighing up to 80-90 lbs.
