Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Customer Service Treasury Management Support Banker to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our commercial banking customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall customer support services to commercial banking customers.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with customers by identifying potential problems and compliance issues.
  • Work proactively to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
  • Identify products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
  • Assist customers in navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-resolution skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with department-specific systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
  • Technical support and/or co-browse skills.
  • Preferred understanding of digital capabilities with experience in an Information Technology environment.
