About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Personal Banker II. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for banking products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Utilize technology and tools to proactively engage with customers, set appointments, and conduct regular financial reviews.
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong working relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and production goals, and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
