Job Description

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support for cash vault inquiries.

This leadership position involves overseeing daily operations, supervising a team of Customer Support Specialists, and providing guidance and training to enhance team performance. You'll handle escalated customer issues, monitor workflow for timely responses, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and supervise a team of Customer Support Specialists
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable services, products, systems, operations, policies, and regulations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
