Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
* Inspect equipment and components to ensure safe operation
* Communicate with customers and branch staff regarding repair status
* Complete service tickets according to procedures
* Track truck stock and maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms
* Set a positive example for less experienced technicians

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Excellent customer service skills
* Dependable and able to work independently
* Standard computer skills
* Industry-standard hand tools
* Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters
* Ability to travel extensively within the region
* Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
* Mechanically inclined with a hunger to learn new techniques
* Previous experience as a commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician required
* Universal EPA certification required
