We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our Private Banking team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Private Bankers and other specialists to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Take ownership of resolving client issues and notify Private Bankers of status/resolution.
  • Assist Private Bankers in administering client relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell basic banking products and services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for administrative needs of Private Banking clients.
  • Participate in the Life360 Process as requested.
  • Deliver high-level service while maintaining bank integrity and adhering to corporate and industry regulations.
  • Follow documented banking procedures and effectively work with internal business partners.
  • This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or BS/BA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful banking/client service experience in retail, commercial, business, private banking, and/or client services industry.
  • Experience operating in an environment that stresses individual accountability and team-based performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing banking environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve client issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Fifth Third banking systems preferred.
