Executive Culinary Leader

About the Role:
The Executive Culinary Leader is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. The Executive Culinary Leader contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in menu item execution with excellence in the restaurant.
- Contribute to managing quality in all aspects of the job.
- Develop and implement systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven success as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
- Stable job history that demonstrates upward career progression.
