Requirements

  • Culinary Education: Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and labor management.
