About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of a variety of hot and cold food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Planning: Select recipes per menu cycle, prepare bakery items, and ensure that all menu items meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
