Join Our Team as a Child Interventionist

We are seeking a passionate and caring Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Child Interventionist, you will work directly with children and families affected by autism, providing individualized ABA therapy in their natural environment.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity to make a full-time impact in a child's life. Our treatment involves working directly with the child and the family in their home, school, or center, to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and waiting.

As a Child Interventionist, you will make the session fun by teaching through play-based activities. We offer training to all staff, so they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism. The best fit for this role is someone very outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $25.00 based on experience, education, and certifications
  • In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Drive-time pay between sessions

  • Supervision towards BCBA credential available
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School diploma. College course work a plus
  • A love and Passion for working with children
  • Interest in learning
  • Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
  • Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
  • At least 3 weekdays w/ same availability
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
