About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SPACE Therapy & Gym. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a team approach toward treatment, ensuring seamless collaboration with other disciplines.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop treatment recommendations that meet the needs of our clients and payers.
  • Train and supervise BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data to inform treatment decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work directly with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our ABA services and grow our client base.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of treatment and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and flexibility, to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and families.
  • Implement direct instruction and naturalistic teaching styles with high fidelity, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Model professional behavior and demonstrate competence in crisis intervention, training, and parent-staff facilitation.

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
