About Little Leaf ABA:

Role Summary:
The CBAA will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and execute tailored treatment strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to supporting children in reaching their fullest potential while thriving in a cooperative and encouraging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and executing personalized ABA treatment strategies.
  • Conduct evaluations and gather data on client development.
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.
  • Guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support personnel.
  • Engage with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to align on client objectives.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in team discussions and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is mandatory.
  • At least one year of experience in ABA therapy, particularly with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong grasp of ABA methodologies and behavioral intervention techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in data collection and analytical skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
