Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Intervention Delivery: Select and deliver evidence-based interventions to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and maintain high standards of quality assurance, including HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification with at least one year of experience in ABA program management.
  • Completed supervision certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients diagnosed with ASD and developmental disorders.
  • CPR certification.
