About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Texas ABA Centers. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for clients with autism
  • Oversee the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral intervention
  • Supervise and train RBTs and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA certification
  • Texas LBA licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
