About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as an ABA Child Interventionist. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children and families affected by autism, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination of care.
  • Provide training and education to families on ABA techniques and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data collection to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) for remote work.
  • At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
What We Offer
  • $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.
  • In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
  • Tuition Assistance.
  • Supervision towards BCBA credential available.
