Chief Executive Officer for Clinic Operations

The Executive Director position operates akin to a CEO for a specific clinic within a dynamic growth setting. This role encompasses ownership of profit and loss responsibilities, leadership development, budget management in collaboration with finance, and strategic marketing initiatives to attract new participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality of care delivery and ensure staff compliance with regulations, policies, and WelbeHealth best practices, addressing any identified issues proactively.
- Effectively lead and develop the management team at WelbeHealth.
- Work alongside finance to create, maintain, and adhere to a program budget, including staffing plans to meet operational objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with essential external stakeholders, including community service providers, regulatory bodies, and legislative entities.
- Guarantee adherence to all relevant Federal, State, and local regulatory and licensing standards, successfully passing regulatory audits.
- Engage in strategic planning and initiatives aimed at refining operational best practices to be shared across various programs.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a related field, along with three (3) years of managerial experience in a social or health services setting; or a Master's Degree in a relevant field with one (1) year of managerial experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and managing successful programs for vulnerable senior populations.
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, preferably in senior care.
- A proven track record of implementing initiatives that enhance patient experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and cultivate leadership among team members.
- Experience in leading a data-driven organization, utilizing reports and analytics to prioritize tasks and manage projects.

The salary range for this position is $182,160 - $232,231 annually, plus bonuses and equity. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k match and extensive healthcare coverage. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
