Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent at MCR Hotels is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing the hotel's administrative processes. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest requests and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software systems.
