Front Desk Manager

Join the team at Louisiana Delta Community College as a Front Desk Manager, responsible for maintaining the security and efficiency of the front desk area. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the security of the front desk area, including cash drawers, documents, and system data access.
- Process daily cash deposits, balance cash receipts, and reconcile to Banner computer-generated cashier activity reports.
- Operate a centralized telephone system, manage the front desk, and supervise front desk employees.
- Coordinate and supervise student workers, greet and direct visitors, students, faculty, and staff.
- Oversee purchasing and receiving for the campus, including preparation of requisitions for purchase of supplies/materials, and receiving of goods.
- Campus liaison for property control and facilities maintenance, ensuring all equipment is tagged upon receipt.
- Manage student accounts in Banner and respond to inquiries regarding accounts.
- Prepare reports as directed by the Campus Director.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate degree with at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Customer service driven, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to multi-task.
- Punctuality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
